Returns and Refund Policy
At Knotty Flowers, we take pride in the quality of our handmade items. Slight variations in size and design may occur. If you’re not fully satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receipt at knotty.flowers@pm.me.
Eligibility
Returns must be:
- In original condition
- Include receipt/proof of purchase
- Returned with tags (if applicable)
We’ll offer a repair, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Notes
- Buyers are responsible for return & resending shipping costs that may be refunded
- Original shipping may be refunded
- We don’t accept returns for gift cards or downloadable products
- Defective items due to manufacturing faults will be accepted; wear & tear won’t qualify
We recommend using trackable shipping or insurance for expensive items, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Process
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm the refund approval or denial. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship only within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 weeks depending on quantity and stock levels.
Shipping Details
We select the most convenient carrier and provide a tracking number once shipped.
If your item is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund if:
- It has been stuck at a facility for 4+ months
- The tracking status is unavailable or lost
We cannot refund packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by you.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will either:
- Resend it (shipping cost invoiced to you)
- Refund the item cost minus original shipping
