Shipping Policy

At Knotty Flowers, we take pride in delivering high-quality handmade items to our customers. That’s why we currently only ship within the United States of America (USA).

As soon as we receive payment for your order, we will begin preparing it for shipping. Please note that processing times may vary, but typically take between 1-2 weeks, depending on the quantity of items ordered and our current stock levels.

We will ship your order via the carrier that we believe is most convenient for both of us, and you will be provided with a tracking number after the order has been shipped.

If you have any issues with your shipment, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at knotty.flowers@proton.me, making sure to include your name and order number in the email.

We understand that shipping problems can occur and we will offer either a replacement or refund in the event that your order is lost, as in:

  • The order shows being stuck in the same facility for 4+ months.
  • The order shows as untrackable or lost.

Please note that we will not be able to refund or replace an order if the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will either:

  • Send out the order again with an additional shipping cost charge (we will invoice you)
  • Refund the order amount excluding the shipping cost.
